Hot days bring thirsty crowds; rain keeps people home. The forecast is usually right, unless you buy the weather radio.
Mix the recipe
Balance lemons and sugar, add ice when it's hot. Every customer has their own taste, and they'll tell you what they think.
Set the price
Too high and people walk by; too low and you lose money. Watch the day play out and see exactly why people did or didn't buy.
