Lemonade Stand Inc is made by Cognito Labs and licensed to you under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. These terms add a few details.

The game

It's a game. Money, lemons and customers in it aren't real and have no value outside the game.

Purchases

Remove Ads and Ad-Free Plus are one-time purchases through Apple. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.

Ads

The free game shows ads from Google AdMob, as described in our privacy policy.
