Scanning didn't read my label

Hold the phone so the label fills the frame, in good light, without glare. Curved bottles scan best when the brand and name face the camera. Tap "Enter details by hand" at any time to type it yourself.

How do sauce cards work?

Every sauce in the shared catalog gets one character card, drawn by AI from its pepper, heat and flavor. The first person to log a sauce unlocks its card with a short ad (or free with Pro), and everyone who logs that sauce afterward sees it.

I bought Pro but don't see it

Open Settings in the app and tap "Restore purchases" while signed in to the same Apple Account you used to subscribe. To manage or cancel, go to Settings › your name › Subscriptions on your iPhone.

My sauces aren't on my other device

Sign in with the same Apple Account on both devices. Sauces logged before you signed in upload as soon as you sign in.

Reporting content

On any catalog sauce, tap the ••• button and choose "Report sauce", or "Block contributor" to hide everything that person adds. You can unblock in Settings. We review reports within 24 hours.

Deleting your account

In the app, go to Settings › Account › Delete account. This permanently deletes your profile, collection, notes and photos. See the privacy policy for details.
