How do I play?

Capybaras visit your spring on their own. Tap the coins they leave to collect them, then spend coins in the Shop on new pools, upgrades and decorations. Tap a capy to pet it, give it a treat or scrub its back: friends earn hearts and level up. Meet enough capys and you can open new springs up the mountain.

How do I meet the rare capys?

Rare friends are drawn in by something special, like a certain decoration or pool. Check a locked page in your Capy Book for a hint. Legendary friends only visit a fully decorated spring.

Do I have to watch ads?

No. Soaky never shows an ad you didn't ask for. Short videos are optional: double your coins for a while, triple your welcome-back coins, or double the daily gift. Soaky Plus gives you every video reward without the video.

How long do my capys earn while I'm away?

Up to 8 hours of coins wait for you when you come back. With Soaky Plus it's up to 24 hours.

I bought Soaky Plus but don't have it

Open Settings in the game and tap "Restore purchases" while signed in to the same Apple Account you used to buy it.

My progress is gone

Progress is saved on your iPhone and backed up to your iCloud account if you're signed in to iCloud. Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple Account, then reopen the game. If it still doesn't come back, email us.
