Soaky is made by Cognito Labs and licensed to you under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. These terms add a few details.

The game

Coins, capybaras and anything else you collect are part of the game and have no value outside it.

Purchases

Soaky Plus is a one-time purchase through Apple. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.

Ads

The free game offers optional video ads from Google AdMob in exchange for in-game rewards, such as doubled coins or a bigger daily gift, as described in our privacy policy.
